A few years ago, my body made a decision my mind had refused to. I had been high-functioning, driven, and ambitious, and quietly falling apart at the same time, and I didn't see it coming because I didn't look like someone who struggled.
Rebuilding from that moment changed everything — not just how I work, but who I am inside.
Now I work with driven, accomplished women who can feel something shifting — their sharpness, their stamina, their sense of self — and who want to change course before their body and mind change it for them.
My approach is grounded in neuroscience, cognitive behavioural therapy, and translational medicine — the science of taking what research knows about the brain and body under chronic stress and making it work in a real career, in real time.
After 30 years in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, I understand how evidence moves from lab to life. That is precisely what I do for the women I work with.
